I’m very into gender roles but with 21st century updates of course. For instance I still believe women should cook , clean, and be primarily responsible for the household but I also believe men should help out and do their share or they can take over certain responsibilities if they are better at it than their counterpart. I think men should do “manly” chores like taking out the garbage and shoveling snow but that doesn’t mean women can’t assist or do it themselves when necessary.
I’m pro females telling a man what they need and want because they realize men aren’t mind readers. I have no problem picking up the check from time to time or doing nice things to show I care and appreciate him. I also dig when men can express their feelings, communicate effectively with their women and aren’t afraid to show their sensitive side but everything comes with a limit. I hate males with female tendencies! There is a limit to the bitchassness that I can tolerate.
Men, if you talk about your weight, diet, or workouts more than I do then that’s a problem because I’m pretty obsessed with all 3 and I consider that a female trait so cut it out.
If you can’t get over your ex but you don’t want to be with her yet you can’t move on, yada, yada, yada, MAN THE HELL UP because all that confusion and fickleness is a female trait and you should cut it out.
If you cry out for attention via your bbm and facebook status about not being loved or no one caring about you or F the world or airing your own personal issues please stop immediately. It’s not a good look for anyone but it’s definitely borderline gay when males to do it.
Don’t criticize or be jealous of other men. Jay said it best in the last verse of Heart of the City:
